Exercise for Success!

“I don’t know where I’d be today without exercise in my life. I started when I was a really young kid and it has shaped the person I’ve become today. It’s also one of the only things that helps keep me sane. As a life/health coach, I hope to inspire others in the same direction. Just when you feel like giving up, you PUSH YOURSELF TO YOUR LIMITS and realize that life is all about progressions, and never quitting.

The chemical changes your body makes during and after exercise are amazing. That amazing feeling is created by your body’s production of endorphines, which inhibits the transmission of pain signals in your body and give you a euphoria like feeling. In addition to this, exercises decreases your cortisol levels, while increasing your dopamine and seratonin levels.

Cortisol is a steroid hormone naturally produced in the body, otherwise known as the stress hormone. Cortisol is released in response to stress and low blood sugar levels. Increased levels of Cortisol can have a lot of negative side effects on the mind and body like weakening the immune system, increase in body fat storage, depression, electrolyte and water imbalances, etc. Exercise is one of the only and best ways to decrease cortisol levels in the body, naturally. Over Prescribed and non-prescribed medications have been flooding the supplement industry and pharmacies for many years now. Many people are talked into relieving their stress the easy way by taking a pill, but the unfortunate truth is that these drugs have far too many negative side effects which will make  you not even consider wanting to take these drugs. It is scientifically proven that with a little exercise, everyday, your mind and body will thank you for it. You’ll feel extremely happy, unstoppable and ready to take on the world.

Serotonin and Dopamine are neurotransmitters in your body that also help aid in improved moods, feeling motivated, and that amazing feeling you get during and after exercise. Basically, if you want to be the best version of yourself, regular exercise is crucial.”
